Ka Makana Ali‘i Hosts Halloween Happenings Throughout the Center for West O‘ahu

Bring the keiki for a Halloween costume contest, trunk-or-treat event,
Halloween magic show and to trick-or-treat throughout the Center

KAPOLEI, HI (Oct. 21, 2022) — Ka Makana Ali‘i is hosting Halloween events for the whole ‘ohana as it celebrates six years as the Center for West O‘ahu. Families are invited to participate in the popular Halloween costume contest, a trunk-or-treat event, Halloween magic show and to trick-or-treat throughout the Center.

Ka Makana Ali‘i’s Halloween costume contest is back on Saturday, Oct. 29! Keiki can come to Center Court dressed up in their best costumes. Registration runs from 3 to 5 p.m. The community is invited to a performance by Studio 808 Danceproject from 4 to 4:45 p.m. before the costume contest from 5 to 7:30 p.m.!

Ohana Motorsports Foundation is also hosting a trunk-or-treat event on Sunday, Oct. 30 from 9 to 11 a.m. in Ka Makana Ali‘i’s parking lot near CPK and ‘Ōlino by Consolidated Theatres. Bring the keiki dressed in costume to explore cool cars and collect sweet treats!

And on Halloween, keiki are invited to trick-or-treat throughout Ka Makana Ali‘i on Monday, Oct. 31 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Participating tenants will hand out candy throughout the Center! The community can come early to enjoy a special Halloween magic show with Kaulana Chang from 6 to 6:30 p.m.
