Ka Makana Ali‘i Invites the Community to Its Hippity Hop & Shop Nights with Makani the Easter Bunny

The Center for West O‘ahu is hopping and shopping with a princess and prince parade on Wednesday, April 6 and cartoon mania on Wednesday, April 13

KAPOLEI, HI (April 5, 2022) — Ka Makana Ali‘i is pleased to invite the community to its Hippity Hop & Shop Nights on Wednesdays, April 6 and April 13 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Each night will feature a fun theme for families to dress up to, free giveaways and special characters from Storybook Entertainment.

On Wednesday, April 6, the Center for West O‘ahu is throwing a Princess & Prince Parade. And on Wednesday, April 13, the theme is Cartoon Mania. Families dressed in theme will receive 10 percent off the regular price of their Easter photo package during the event and coupons and offers from participating tenants: Milky Cereal Bar, Auntie Anne’s  Rock ‘N Fun, Razor Sports, Cinnabon, Razor Games, Thinker Toys and Magnolia Ice Cream & Treats.

Now through Saturday, April 16, the community is invited to take photos with Makani the Easter Bunny in his new house in the Macy's wing across from Kids City. Photo packages start at $30 for an Easter Bunny photo USB with copyright release (3-5 different images). Prints may be ordered through the Expressions Hawaii website. Hours for the Easter Bunny set are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday from 3 to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Closed on Easter Sunday)
