Give a gift that everyone will love!

Ka Makana Ali'i gift cards are accepted at most Ka Makana Ali'i stores and restaurants. 

The current Ka Makana Ali'i Gift Card is a pre-loaded MasterCard that features a white design. Businesses that redeem the Gift Cards should process them as credit card transactions.

If you are at a store or restaurant that is trying to accept the gift card and it isn’t working, please call the number on the back of the gift card: 800-707-0180 so they can assist. 

The original Gift Card program featured a card with a black design on the front. These Gift Cards are still valid. Click here for more information on our original Gift Card program.


WHERE TO PURCHASE GIFT CARDS:

  • At the Management Office Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., except for Holidays.

PAYMENT METHODS: Credit card purchases only.

FEES: A $3.00 fee per card will be charged at the time of purchase.

MINIMUM PURCHASE: The Ka Makana Ali'i Gift Card program requires a minimum purchase of $30 per card.

MAX PURCHASE: The Ka Makana Ali'i Gift Card program allows a maximum of $500 in gift cards to be purchased per day.

CARD BALANCE: For information on card balances, fees, and customer service, or to report a card lost/stolen, visit www.mygiftwise.com or call 1-800-707-0180. The card number is located on the bottom of the barcode.

CARD DID NOT DISPENSE PROPERLY OR WAS RETRACTED: The kiosk will allow the customer 45 seconds to retrieve the card from the machine. If the gift card was not removed within 45 seconds, the machine will retract the card.  

PENDING BANK TRANSACTION: On rare occasions, if the gift card dispenser jams or the Gift Card is not removed by the customer within the allotted time, the machine will retract the card. The customer’s credit card may show the transaction as "PENDING" for up to 24 hours following the attempted transaction.

RECEIPT ISSUES: If your receipt gets stuck in the machine or doesn’t print, you can email the management office atKMA.Marketing@jll.com and we will email your receipt. Please indicate your name and the email address you would like us to use, the date of purchase, the approximate time, the number of gift cards, and the amounts.

WHERE TO REDEEM: This gift card program is a closed system, meaning that although it is a pre-loaded MasterCard, it can only be used at Ka Makana Ali'i businesses.

The Ka Makana Ali'i gift card is accepted at most Ka Makana Ali'i stores, restaurants, and the theatres.​ Unfortunately, the cash register systems of the following stores & restaurants can’t accept the white Ka Makana Ali'i gift card.

  • Sweet Honey Hawaii
  • The Ultimate Foot Store
  • Uncle Lani’s Poi Mochi 

CORPORATE ORDERS: A minimum of 10 Gift Cards must be purchased to qualify for a Corporate Order. Corporate Orders require that the business check has cleared the Gift Card company’s bank - typically 10 business days from receipt in Rhode Island, or an ACH or wire transfer may be used.
